For this hack you will need the following:

a big boat
a bunch of computers
satilite up/down link
some geeks
some lawyers
some balls

step 1) flag the ship out of some random small country, like Tokelau.
step 2) load the computers, sat comm stuff, geeks, lawyers onto the boat.
step 3) sail into international waters.
step 4) connect to a satilite providing high bandwidth internet service to your ship.
step 5) sell web services (hosting, design, consulting, etc.) from your ship over the internet.
step 6) use revenue from step 5 to get a bigger boat.
step 7) invite others to join you in their own boats.
step 8) set up a shitload of Tor exit nodes to make up for the recent losses.
step 9) use the lawyers to sheild you (legaly and physically if need be) from legal suits from nations where privacy is illegal.
step 10) setup your own state-independant ISP promoting digital freedom and sell connections around the world.
